At Habitat Home and Garden, we want you to love your space. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your home, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible furniture and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure the furniture remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate with our specialized freight carriers to schedule a convenient white-glove pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
